I have to admit the last place I thought I'd see anyone taking inspiration from the barely there gown Rihanna wore to the CFDA awards would be bridal fashion week, but Vera has managed to take seductive and sexy bridal to a whole new level with her Spring 2016 wedding gown collection. Soft mermaid shapes with full, hand-pleated tulle skirts were seen throughout Vera Wang's 15 wedding gowns this season. Transparency was the underlying theme of the Vera Wang's collection with lace bras and panties that were meant to be seen and looked a little more boudoir than aisle (but I guess that's what slips are for!).
Wearable or not, Vera Wang's collection was a beautiful statment of breaking the rules and stands out amidst the sea of similar wedding gowns.
